Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with an email, use everything for 14 days, and only add a card if TechnicianOps earns its keep.
Can you import my customers from my old system?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old system and map the columns to customers, contacts, and addresses during import.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. You can move up or down between plans whenever your business changes, and your data stays put either way.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with a login: owners, office staff, and techs. Customers using your booking page or portal are always free and unlimited.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through your paid period, and you can export your customer list to CSV on the way out. No hostage data.
